So as well all wrap things up, Last Call is given at the bar, and the noise and laughter of victory die down, I give one last toast to everyone. Getting all of your attention, I will say the following, To my JA Brethren, tonight we went out to the clan servers in a field trip style fashion. We went to three different servers with different groups of individuals and we represented what exactly the JA is all about. Honor, respect, dignity, we each held these moral values to the fullest, and when the comments of negativity were thrown our way, we kept our peace, and let our saber skills, and attitudes of the JA we represent carry our way. Without further ado, a toast to the JA! Many more to come! Special thanks to the clans for hosting, here's the final pic during the end of our last match. Yea it was really awesome =) JA+ is such a meanie tho...reeeaaallyyy mean -.- We did very good nevertheless...actually ive been expecting a bit more from CJO...the outcome was really suprising for me. But it was great fun...especially the second match in which we won so closely...great game! Last night we had another great time playing TFFA with the CJO clan! They were a bunch of nice guys and gave us a couple rounds right down to the wire! I was told as we begun that they were a very good clan, and indeed they were. But the JA's cowboy'ed-up and everyone put their feet to the fire to score us a hugely successful night! It pleases me to no end that a group of random JA'ers can just get together and play some TFFA and do so well - even on a mod that we are very unfamilar with! ja+ = bigger hit boxes. this along with the often higher dmg makes countering and chasing more dangerous and favors the dueler that takes the intiative. |

the nice thing, is that even though JA+ has goofy-ass kicks and annoying things, the skills of movement, combos, delays, etc. all still apply. it's actually a good test to go out and see what still works and what doesn't. i found i did much better with a single saber than with the staff, dunno how most people's experience plays out with that though. i've heard talk that JA+ is biased towards single, but that could just be...talk _______________ this is the internet, be serious damn it! |
