Kalheka, I know how you feel.
It happened to me in the server not long ago, in the matrix room some guy using mind trick came close to me and throw me a thermal detonator, i didnt even see it coming i only saw this mother+++++ was with a wookie skin, i respawned and was chating asking what had hapened when the guy came again and throwed me another detonator 
How cool, he just broke the rules and got away with it and Why: 1 i didnt had a bound screenshot key to take a shot( Altough i did do a condump to get is name) 2 Even if i had we was with a fake name( i doubt BLackAPOLLo is his name since i hadn t seen him on the profile list, not even before or since) I must point to something in this kind of things, there is never a Knight in the servers when these smartguys do this kind of crp, they know when and how to do it, this is bad, supose they even arent students, i dont wanna say somebody is giving the password to the servers to some guys to come and ruin the fun of others, its just a tought. ohh man... this Black Apollo dude.. again?
he is a known troublemaker. the other day it took 6 JAKs and about 1 hour to appease him. he claims he was banned unjustly and says he will go on like this until he is unbanned. sometimes he poses as "Heretic", who he says got him banned. well, if he really was banned unjustly, now it has been justified, big time! if you run into this guy, the best thing to do is ignore him, take screenshots, demos, condumps, and send the evidence to the council. they'll know what to do. _______________ make install -not war |

Thx for the info Jacen, and Believe me, i didnt report because i got no prof, aside from a Log of the Console in TXT format i dunno if thats enough, but i agree in you and Shannon when you say that we have to report this kind of stuff, and i read in the site news that Silent Whisper is now Officially the enforcer of the Academy rules, maybe this was what was missing for the rules to be respected, best of luck to her.
Shannon dont think that i didnt report the incident that happened to me because i had fear of becoming a snitch or traitor, it was just because i didnt have prof, rules are to be obeyed. A lot of people only get banned from the servers for a day or two anyways. Isn't that also another reason for the passwords? The baning thing has only one downside. It helps only with ppl who have a static ip like me. Most of my friends Ip changes withing 24 hours, or have dialup/isdn where every login forces an other IP.
But i have to agree, do not think reporting someone is not worth the trouble or you want to be no traitor. Tell us this guy did that, and we should have an eye on him. _______________ Falling from heaven is not as painfull, as surviving the impact. |

Report that please. No matter what hapends, allways take the time and date of the incident and the guys's name. With server logs we can allways track his ip and ban him. no matter what is name is. Examo«ple, if i drop by a server under "John Doe" name and start messing around. If you guys take the time and date and my name and hand it to Huxley for example, he can confirm the actions on the log and track "John Does"'s IP and ban it. I Will Buzz, and dont think that i dont have faith in the Jedi Council to make things right, im a Lawful person who doesnt go with the`" fight fire with fire " kind of stuff, i mean if we fight back in a situation like this that makes me no better than they are right! and i know my place in the Ladder of Power if i may call it that way.
I know that the council makes their best to run things smooth and by the numbers, dont misunderstand me. Hey turin we've got some smart guys here that are actually good at handling troublemakers. They're called JAT's and JAC's I'm pretty sure there are ways to find out who the people using fake names are. Just take your screenshots and let someone know. You can take screenshots of the console and the page up and page down buttons work in the console.
