Appearently its idea week for Dicemaster. I think we should take one of our servers, and either put on a map cycle, or keep the map the same....and make it an FFA server. Sometimes when i get online i just have the urge to run around and blow stuff up and just have fun, not duel constantly. However i hate public servers where they are all cheaters and just plain evil. I think it would be fun if we could get a JA server dedicated to FFA. anyway just an idea let me know what you think -Dice _______________ Dicemaster |

Its Ok to FFA anywhere on the server,(except for the spawn area) as long as everybody on the server agrees. It is not Ok to FFA anywhere on the server (including the fort) unless everybody agrees. Ie. If I go into the fort and you specificaly target me with a missile and blow me up that is breaking the rules. the excuse "Yeah but we were free for alling" is not valid. Just as it wouldn't be ok to say that if I walked into a matrix and got chopped in half by a lightsabre. If you are free for alling in the fort you must first get permission from everyone on the server and alert anybody joining the server that it is going on, the same as you would in any other area on the server. Its unlikly, but if someone wanted to do a specific training excersize in main hall where you were FFAing you would have to stop for them. if someone wants to do a specific training excersize in the fort where you were FFAing 9say practise jumping) then you would have to stop. Of course, i may have got that wrong, please feel free to correct. either way (if i am right or wrong on the matter) this part of the rule "involving guns or other agressive actions outside the gun area" should be made more clear... either "Involving guns out side the gun area or other agressive actions" if i am right or put "Unless in the fortress" at the very start of that rule's paragraph. again appologises if im mistaken  -- Squibit of Belouve _______________ Quote: fiZZe: its SIR Fizzy Fluffy :p Quote: FiZZ[JAK]: that was what I call a counter Ah, things you only ever expect to hear once

Nah i think he just means that they are overall just saying stuff like "i own j00" etc. Anyway...you dont have to duel all the time on the servers. You can have freely some FFA in the fortress...with or without guns.I dont think we need a server which completly focuses on FFAing when ppl can do that in the fortress already... Besides...i dont know where this server might come from...and i dont know if it would suit everyone when either home or WP would be transformed into a FFA only server (remember that some guys dont like playing with high ping, like i do =P) Feel free to post either here, if you have found a really nice FFA server or here, if any of the students would like to run a 24/7 server specified on FFAing =) (or just a server in general) _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here! No one on public servers cheats, except maybe a few refresh people on CTF publics like Chop Shop and jedY. Otherwise most of them dont cheat If you still think they do, explain these 'cheats'. _______________ ------------------------ |

Well, do you mean a public server?
