State of Play One Seizing the opportunity to blast the Rodian who had just dropped down while he was in the open, Shaan began shooting of full auto-fire mode. His shots went wide as the Rodian darted to the left and right of this particular section of Mainframe maintenance corridor. The Rodian reach down in what he thought was a pause to retrieve the blaster pistol that he had clumsily dropped from above and as he lent over received a full volley of energy directly into his head. He was blasted back about a metre and crumpled to the floor. Quesi came to, recovered his blaster and hid around the corner of the doorway just in case the Rodian who could still be heard whimpering over his severely damaged leg could be heard. He hopped he was fully out of sight. Straining Belain picked up a whisper that was slightly louder than intended. “NO! We are not leaving until that download is finished, its already on 85%, we wait!” It was not over yet, the thugs meant to delay them may have been dealt with, and the type of data might have been discovered. But unless they could recover from their injured state the criminals would still make off with the stolen data. I’m not sure how long it will last it depends on the Adventure, max 2-3 hours.New players are welcome! You will not need to have anything (no books etc. required) to play nor to know any rules. I will explain them as we play, though if you enjoy the game getting the core-rulebook would probably be a good idea. I think we're mostly Euros. What would be "Saturday morning"? Before 12:00 GMT? Because that would be pretty damn early, imo... Just to clarify in SW-rpg there is a difference between being unconscious and knocked out Unconscious: The hero is unable to defend himself and is helpless Helpless: Paralysed, sleeping or unconscious characters are helpless. Any attack against a helpless character is automatically a critical hit. If you survive the attack you must make a fortitude save DC (10 + the damage dealt) or DIE! Knocked-out: A character who takes wound point damage in a round and fails a fortitude save DC (5 + damage dealt) falls to the ground and can take no actions for 1d4 rounds. On behalf of Tnem: Character name: Tippet Species Ewok Class: Tech Specialist Background: Born on the forest moon of Endor a short while before the detachment of stormtroopers sent as a recognisance team to determine whether or not the moon would be a suitable location for the second Death star. Tippet was picked up by the Imperial Captain in charge of the mission as a pet and friend for his newly born daughter. Tippets life was happy, not knowing what it was like to be with his family on Endor and considering his experience of life to be normal. However as the Captain’s (who eventually became admiral) daughter Rissoma grew up she spent less and less time with Tippet, which was fine by him as he could experiment with all the state-of-the-art “gizmos” around the mansion. One day Rissoma left permanently, Tippet knew not why nor to which new location she went, all he knew was that it was time for him to leave also. Being hardly notice as usual he found it easy to escape the mansion and make his way to a spaceport. Character name: Janiriki (now there's something original) Species Near Human (note the pointy ears, some would say evish even ;-) Class Scout Background: Born and raised on 'Omze's incredible traveling starport'(Plat's starport guide) Jani had been at space all her life, for a change and a bit of adventure life as an independant scout seemed to be about as far from sitting in space as possible. Discovering a new system is one of the coolest things ever, not to mention selling whatever info I can gather to whoever wants it the most. Know's a couple of contacts in the corporate scouting sector - who usually pay OK credits for any info on new rescourses I come across.
