ahem. i wonder if any of you remember me. i'm hoping that a few of you do. i just wanted to stop in for a second and let those few who know me know what's up. first of all, i am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, a two year endeavor. i am three months into it and have been in Tonga for one of those. during that time i have been working and teaching the message of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ to the people on the main island of Tongatapu. this next week though, i will be transferred out to a remote island without any internet and so it may be a long time before i can get back to a computer and let people know how things are going. i am doing very well. i am pretty well adjusted to the new culture, new food, and new language. i am thoroughly enjoying myself and the opportunity that i have to spend all my time and energy on bringing people to Jesus Christ. it is a truly amazing experience, one unlike any other. i'm sorry for the lack of detail of this post, but if any of you would like to write me, and i promise i'll write back, you can send it to this address: Elder Colin Slade Tonga Nuku'alofa Mission PO Box 58 Nuku'alofa, Tonga i'm happy to see that the academy is still up and running and that those i spent my time with are starting to fill up the ranks. take care guys and enjoy this wonderful place. Man right when i saw this I thought he was back. But alas, we continue to wait. Last I heard from him he was doing well. He stopped into some internet cafe and posted on my prof saying all was well. I wonder how life is doing for you Faded, when i sit alone or have a few minutes at work and my mind wonders it sometimes wonders how you are doing and how its all going , we wasnt really friends and we didnt really like eachother much i dont think.. Either way im a more mature guy in social conversation and the mere fact i thought about how u was doing says maybe i did think u was a cool guy but was stubborn who knows.
