:P What I meant was, I never fought any masters, and I am far from a master myself. :D I do use red stance, but I am at the moment working on the skills. As well, I fight staffers and such with the JK2 damages (MP damages), so it may differ for basejka damage.

non of the above, weapons are equal. It depends only on the wielder of the weapon, how this weapon is "good".
If there was question "Which weapon is your most favorite" I wouldn't be hesitant at all to say SINGLE! ;>

Alright then...some of you guys said it already but im feeling like saying it loud and clear again:

There is NO superior stance.
NO stance is nubish...but it can be used in a nubish way. (love that quote by duffman)

You will find yourself having a hard time landing some hits against certain stances...you will find yourself beating certain stances more up then other stances as well. This doesnt mean that it applies to ALL users of the stance you have been fighting against...
Its actually always STYLE VS STYLE (thanks katan) not STANCE VS STANCE.The STANCE is a part of your STYLE...
The only reason why ppl are throwing all users of a certain stance into one pot is...well...there are really many useres who fight in the same patterns...but you definately shouldnt go like: "Oh, im fighting a staffer now...i know that he sucks because ive been fighting staffers all day and they all sucked."

Well, it does take skill to use butterflies effectively. There's a skill to all Sabers and Stances.

I have to say single, but only at the highest level of mastery (which I am about 27 years away from .) The guard crush in the hands of the master is brutal. But then again, I haven't really fought any dual masters, so I haven't seen the extent to which the dual sabers can be used. Staff... no offense, but I cannot really appreciate the skill with the staff. All the people I have fought only left right swung or butterflied, and really, I could see no display of skill.

EDIT: But, again, I have never fought any staff masters, so feel free to "correct" me when I go play MP :P

Some of the stances are easyier to learn than others. Although the final bit, that makes a real great PWNing dueler of you takes as much time and dedication whatever stance you pick. Because once you have the feel of a certain stance, mastered your movement and the fighting spirit, it doesn't matter which stance you have chosen, you will create carnage :)

I would say that single is better, but thats just my preference. (Probably because thats what I use):D

But then again,
If you know how to use the staff or the duels right you could pwn a single saberist just as easily as he can pwn you so...
Ill have to say none of the above.

That isn't as easy as two forward Swings with a Staff or Duals. :D

Oh, and I don't wanna get into that. Let's just say that none are better, since you could probably do quite well with a Single as you could Staff or Duals.

As Jacen said...there's the overhead, along with many other hits that can pretty much get an instant KO if you get 'em in :)

Dunno, I'd say a right overhead is pretty nasty if you get it in the face.

It's all about the mindstate, how you think, how you react to things. How you can detect things, such as holes in your opponent's style. I believe that there is no such thing to measure that of skill, nor is there a skill cap for the community (nor for a player, it all depends).

Therefore, I believe that all of the sabers are equal. Although, sure staff might be juked up a little with the damages, and yellow stance in single saber as well, but there are ways to out think the people using them.

But they still take a bit to get the hang of, and you can have a pretty good duel with either of the three. So my vote goes with Number 5. :)
