Keyboard Configuration

Whenever I exit out of Jedi Academy, it doesn't save my keyboard config! I'm getting *so* sick of having to reconfigure it every time I want to play. Is there a setting or patch or something that will fix this?

Oh, and it may be that you're opening the game in safe mode, which resets everything. Try creating a shortcut of the jamp file in the Gamedata folder, then open it to run the game normally.

You can just make a config.cfg file inside the base folder and load it when using any mod. This works for me, anyways.

to fix this problem u might want to save your configuration.

1) get ur keys the way u want em to be
2) type /writeconfig <WUTEVER> into ur console
3) to retrieve the config just type /exec <WUTEVER> and ur previously saved configuration will be loaded.

ex:
/writeconfig sauce
/exec sauce

p.s.: the config files are saved in the mod u've written the config in; if you write the config on jar then you can only load/exec the config on jar.

to get around this just copy and paste ur config files across all the mod folders.
