Ok i join a server today, for a clan called CT or somthing. 20 seconds after i get there, all the clan members and other none clan members are hurling abuse at me. This is strange considering i have yet to speak..... Now...usually i'd go mad and kill em all...but the light side made me realise the extent of the weak hearted people that play this game. And i know i have the maturity to walk away. People in a clan ive never heard of start judging me, disrespecting the Tao family name which has been around since JK2, and for what purpose? Such narrow-mindedness makes me wonder what sort of people are now playnig this game, i dont know any RL SW fans who would be immature enough to do somthing like that, not that being a SW fan makes u mature..but hopefully u understand what im saying? Ah well i will just sit back and watch their malice destroy the world that they belong to...the Nabeshima Clan has only survived because of loyalty. Their foolish anger will be their downfall. If their are any CT members in the Academy i sure hope you weren't one of the ones abusing me because if so you are a dis[g]race to this wonderful community. _______________ The Tao blood will never die...and it will run through every age of Time there is to come. Before I joined the JA I was living at public servers. I remember a friend asked me 2 come over to him, but i couldnt: I got lamed, not just once but every time I respawned lol!!! I was reacting almost like a bot would: Just try 2 make it the next time, pretend the lamer isnt there, i never fight back and never make any remarks  Lol, I do eventually request them politely to stop laming and yeah, i say please Never works, btw Its a good thing the majority of people are friendly, its just a certain group that isnt. _______________ The name is Bond. I'm admiring a huge doobie happily as im reading this thinking about the new job im going to get, i'm mature as any person and i just dont like being insulted for no reason. Respect that or not, i wasn't on a mission to insult the clan, and i am certainly NOT putting my clan against others, i would not lower to that, perhaps i am bad at communicating, i was specifically talking about the people who were insulting me, as i indicated...i'm sure the rest of the clan are very nice ppl  I do understand what you're saying Grad, i am by no means ignorant, and i respect your opinion, you remind me of Dragon Tao, he would have liked it here at the JA. That is a direct insult towards possible members of the JA. Wether or not that's how you feel, you don't say things like that here man. I am neither frustrated or upset, the insults towards the Tao family were extremely disrespectful. May i point out my complaint isnt directed just with the clan, its the people that were there flaming, and there were many, only 2 who were not in CT. As long as theres no admin abuse, you shouldnt take any other form of abuse seriously. If ppl start to insult or mock you...use /cg_chatboxheight 99999 (default: /cg_chatboxheigt 350). If ppl start to lame/chatkill/whatever...either change the server or lame back. The only thing they want is to upset you...and i guess theyve succeeded =/ Take it easy and... Gradius you have not read my post correctly. I did not say they lamed me, they insulted me continously and mocked me for no reason, i hadn't said anything to provoke it. I am not trying to start a flame war behind a clan's back, i suggest you read the original post again. Noone should be subject to insults for no reason, and as for server rules..i dont know any server that allows it. So before you start judging my comment, i suggest you make sure you read it correctly. Well Jun Tao, I understand how upset you are from this. But this is not the place you come and talk about other clans. We're a clan neutral ground. If there are any CT clan members in the JA that participated in laming you, that doesn't make them a disgrace. On public servers especially, it's just a game. Maybe you missed something in the Message of the Day that said laming is allowed. At the end of the day it's just a game that people play. You'll have a hard time finding public servers where people don't lame you. But nonetheless, you don't need to come here talking about other clans behind their backs. If there are any CT members reading this, please disregaurd it. We do not want to start and flaming. You guys have your own rules and exceptions on your server, and we don't expect anything more from you than to do as you please there. You'll pretty much find disrespectful people with every game. In fact you'll find em anywhere on the internet. But for some odd reason, the JK community seems to be over flowing with them. I joined this place years ago all because of a few disrespectful instances.
