Reinstalling jk3

Well, I uninstalled jk3 quite a while ago, but not long ago I felt a sudden urge to reunite with my fellow JA friends, and have some real jedi academy fun once again :D. But after my painful journey of digging through untouched space of "The big pile of junk in the corner(tm)" and finally putting the disc in the E: drive, and choosing the "English" option following with choosing the "Install" option, I get a window showing me the following: "Do you want to completely remove the selected application and all of its components?", and a choice of "OK" and "Cancel".

If I choose "OK" I get notified that the game has been uninstalled. And then if I try to install the game again, I get the same thing.
If I choose "Cancel" the process shuts down.

There is no Lucas Arts folder, but there are two JEDIACADEMY.EXE files in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch wich come back when I delete them.

If you can find a solution to my problem, PLEASE post it here.

Thanks in advance. :)

No idea, but if you keep hitting 'Find Next' until you reach the end of the Registry, you're guaranteed to get them all.

Well I found two lucasarts folders in my registry but there prolly are more that I can't find... It would be great to have a list of where LucasArts is in the registry. :)

Let it uninstall if that's what it wants to do. The n reboot and try again. If all else fails, grep, er, I mean, search the registry for 'LucasArts' and remove anything you find.

Don't worry about WINDOWS\Prefetch.

Well, I'm not really sure. It tries to uninstall when you attempt to install? Sounds pretty weird if that's the case...
