Would you ever consider a intro movie for the Jedi Academy? For example I could do a intro movie for the jedi academy with Adobe AfterEffects, which would look like an opening crawl (like in the beginning of every Star Wars movie) A long time ago in a galaxy, far far away.....The Jedi Academy ....opening crawl....I would just need a script for it. It's ok if you turn this idea down. My vacation just started and im sitting behind my PC at the moment, with Adobe AfterEffects open..  would'nt take too longWhat do you all think about this? _______________ "Twice the pride, double the fall" |

Cookies aren't really hard at all. I once took a look at how they worked, and they seemed pretty easy to me. Still, I do like the site as it is now. |

If you're talking about a splash movie for the site, I'm against it. I don't like intro movies which require an extra click before visiting the actual site. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure such a movie would be quite cool to see, but I visit this site often enough to get annoyed at the extra click after a while. |

I'd like one. Somthing short and simple. Even the scrolling SW script would be too long imo. Just somthing to remind us of the good things about the academy, and inspire us to think clearly before duels. I was once in an old JK1 clan called JEDI The intro movie was a black screen and the following came up in blue letters. We are an order .... somthing somthing.... Spreading justice throught the galaxy, Educating those in need, Defending the weak, and instructing the worthy and willing... We are... Then a light sabre hilt appears on a white background and a green blade comes out above it is says JEDI and underneith Justice, Education, Defence and Instruction. i think that short ones can kinda make the sight look more profetional, i just dont like long ones that make the sight look like its bein put together infront of you and yes i hate the intro to starwars movies, takes way to long, the only good one is Spaceballs because it says "beknowingest to us, but unbeknowingest to the princess..." _______________ It's funny how many people know they have the right to remain silent, yet never do. |

I cant think of any sights that use the crawl, but i know every time i see it, it annoys me. lol. Other ideas are welcome of course....that was just my personal 2 cents There are many talented members here in the JA and im sure if you all put your heads together, you can come up with something good....It's probably my fault, but i've not seen any clan use "opening crawls" like in Star Wars movies. Put a link or something just picking...
