What the title says........ Dont get me wrong I like the game but shew its getting STALE. Is there any word at all about another Darkforces/JA game?  _______________ 4/20/2005----Left the academy because I did'nt feel welcomed. |

Well, i dont really like the ep3 gameplay.Yes ive played it and in my opinion, this games gameplay is more "beat-em up" like (especially the 1on1 mp of the ep3 game).You just press a few buttons in a specific order and your char´s gonna do a combo.Control during swings or combos is very limited... _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here! Republic Commando was way too easy, they should make a jk4 with moves from the Episode 3 game. And btw is jk2 any good? I didn't played it, thx to my nephew I know jk3. When I bought JK3, it was somewhat of an disappointment. For me, it couldn't (and still can't) live up to JK2. I stopped playing it prety quick, but I don't know if that's because JK3 is not that good a game, but I've been playing JK2 very much and very actively, so I might just have got tired with the kind of games both are. I sometimes try to pick up playing JK3, but I find that the graphics scare me (to ugly  ) and I've been out to long, so I really really suck at the moment.Maybe if JK4 will come out, I might buy it and see if I can get hooked up again, but for now, I'm focussing on other games such as World of Warcraft, CS:Source. _______________ I am the purifier, the light that clears all shadows. As a jedi knight fan I may understand that, but first of all I thought it was perfect the way they went into jedi academy and blew me away (also blew me away in JK2 going to the temple wehre luke sky walker was) maily because I read the jedi academy trilogy books. I like the idea of Kyle Katarn being a veteran and has the stuff to be a jedi master especially when he escape the grasps and lure of anger, the dark side. Also lets not forget that several people find that in Jedi academy being dark side is way harder, because Kyle Katarn is the la créme of the créme and can basicly kick your butt easier than any other boss in jedi academy. ( He was the main character) My issue on the seqeul thing, is the only improvement suggestion I heard so far were newer engines? I mean what is the point of making a seqeul if you can not find a way to improve the game play in a way that most people are happy with. I mean honestly the only ways you can improve it are teh ways we already do, makign custom maps, custom siege types, custom servers and awesome community, modding it to what ever we want. I mean JK 4 at this point would probally only have better graphics, slighly 'different' gameplay and a new single player and why would you need that if you can mod the crap out of jedi academy. My opinion I don't want to see a seqaul to jedi academy for a long time until there are some serios improvement to make ( like how we went from 3D games with one joystick and using teh arrows to turn left and right, to using two joysticks, or using the mouse to aim. OH and just to let you knwo in James Bond I may my joysticsk do the aiming and the turning and the C buttons do all the moving unlike all other players I played with ) For example as soon as halo 2 released, it was a great game, but I easily knew what they could of done better right on the spot. I can't see an entiner new seqeul to jedi academy that will be worth the purchase (maybe an expansion to the game, of course I don't want to see an expansion for a while if it is not going to be any good ) _______________ "Darkness is simply the absence of Light" "Is it not easier to snuff out the light completely than to make no shadow or darknes at all and create pure light?" i agree with bail but have to say that the reason we have as many members as we do is because Ja dosent need the best graphics and allows almost any computer to be able to play it. _______________ Mapper a la strange. I tried the Repulic Commando demo, what a let down. Its got some cool stuff but it is way too scripted and when they say "new team command, makes things just a click" they wern't joking. I'm surprised that Obsidian wasn't the one working on JK3, they did a pretty good job on messing up KOTOR2. Or it could just be my imagination. I guess they're trusted enough to work on NWN2, although, NWN doesn't really give up a whole lot to work with... HotU was cool, but the OC sucked smiley faces. And I also heard that KOTOR2 had to be made in a bad timeline, so rawr. Oh yeah. Can you really imagine a Star Wars game with Quake 4 graphics?
