Hi! There is a new game coming out on April 28th (I think) called Guild Wars. It looks so good IMO. Its an MMORPG with NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE! There is over 750 skills for each class, and of course, each character can be two classes. Furthermore, unlike other RPG's you can destroy pretty much anything (I think) e.g. You can destroy bridges which people need to use! Was anyone thinking about getting this? In my opinion, the game only gets boring if you do it all solo and THEN dont even PvP. I have been playing since the day it was released, and Im not bored yet! PvP rocks (even though Im so bad at it) But as I said, this is my opinion, and you have your own opinions _______________ ------------------------ |

Hey guys, I bought the game, I installed it and now it says I have to login, but I dont have an account so I create one, but now im confused, where it says "how do you want to play Guildwars" there are two options; Purchase Online or Access Key. I dont see any access key on the Box set, any help would be greatly appreciated. :EDIT: For god sakes, the Serial was covered by some grey stuff that was able to be scrapped off. I would like to say, in my opinion, this game is simply...great. I would recommend buying it to anyone. No fees. Great support (updates every week and a team that actually looks on major forums and notes the suggestions of players), fun to play Roleplaying with your friends, and even better to get in a guild and PvP. _______________ ------------------------ |

I'd been waiting for Guild Wars since the E3 for Everyone event at last year's E3. I have to say, I haven't been disappointed by the retail release. GW is a fast paced action RPG, focus is on teamwork and choosing the proper skills for your character. The largest part of the game would appear to be the player vs. monster "quest" type content, but all of that is merely for the purpose of gaining new skills, new items, and levelling to 20. The true focus of the game is team-based PvP. Consider it like and RPG version of an FPS game. Overall GW is light on grind, heavy on fun. And if you're like me (father of a young child) and constantly get pulled away from the computer, you can even group up with computer controlled henchmen that...while not perfect...are quite good. Meaning, you can go questing and get "help" without worrying about pissing anyone off when you go AFK for 10 minutes. And since there's no monthly fee, you can buy it, play it, do something else, and not feel guilty if you don't play for 2 weeks. _______________ http://steamcommunity.com/id/citizen059 |

The servers have only been down once since release, and that was due to an internet problem in the city the servers are, not any fault of their own (I lack details, don't ask me). It's been the smoothest MMO launch in history. As for dying, well, the first area is rather easy unless you go north of the wall... after that, it depends on how smart you are, how good your group is, and what level you are in the early areas. It's not the smartest thing to try and go through all the missions without doing any quests, as you'll be behind in levels and will have a harder time doing the missions... although doing one over and over trying to finish just might give you that extra xp. After a certain point, though, all the areas are scaled for you to be lvl 20, so it doesn't really matter anymore. _______________ Well then. I saw this in a store and thought about getting it. Is it any good? (well, seeing you people talk about it, it probably is )and, any big cons? btw, is it "hard" to play?
