I've refrained from posting my thoughts on the shakeup at the JA, partly because I haven't completely decided what I think of the whole thing, and partly because I want to gather my thoughts and choose my words carefully. But I keep thinking that I should do something immediately to try to help the community through what is certainly a time of great emotional turmoil.
