Ironicly I joined the Academy so I wouldn't get humiliated on the pubs. What I have found is that I no longer wish to play on public servers as I have found the perfect gaming environment right here. The JA plays the game the way it should be played; with honor respect and the willingness to make new friends. I have the utmost regards for everyone I have met here, many favs but all in all not a one I regret meeting. To the Council I would like to say (with the greatest respect and care) that I hope the JAT's can be re-instated as soon as possible as I enjoy and miss the teaching that I have received here. I know that patience is a... er... uh.. Vitue, however I would hope that the Academy is not going to falter due to lack of interest. Much love to all th JA and... I agree 100% with what you say. I don't play on public servers at all, and I've been on the JA servers every night since I joined the JA (Yeah I know, I'm sad lol) I too like the way the game is played here, and the people. naw i dont think JA will die from lack of interest, atm it is slightly stagnant, sort of a transitional period. while the servers are getting moved and sorted and new jaks/jats will be coming in soon. i think after that things will definitely pick up, theres still plenty happening around the place ;D _______________ I fite for teh usars!1 |

You've just described my experience with the JA too Maybe in the future (5-10 years from now) PC'll be completely unable to run Jedi Academy. Much like old games from the commodore. Heh, I downloaded an emulator, and I play certain C64 games a lot even today. I think the same may happen to JA, so yeah, this place may be around for... decades /amdownload Widows_XP_Emulator _______________ The name is Bond. James Bond. |

I agree the academy is a unique place full of wonderfull unique people in mentality and personality but with one common aspect....respect....personally i love it and i dont think it will dissapear any time soon. I doubt the JA will go down due to the lack of interest. And even if it did, I would probably still be here hanging around somewhere .
