I allways loot with the rolling, the only sucky thing about that is when you have a fucky group but if not, you just say n or v (need or want to sell) _______________ I ain't a killer but don't push me! |

How I normally loot a boss: The leader of the group puts on Master Looter(only the leader can loot corpses) He checks what drops. People who can use it do /random 100(/roll command) Leader leaves the corpse, everyone can loot the corpse now. Winner loots OR The Ninja steals it That's how I understand it is, at least. That's only possible if the loot method is "free for all". Otherwise you can't take the item until everyone either rolled, passed, or their roll timer ran out. _______________ make install -not war |

One type of ninja-looter (and probably the most common) can either use the item or sell it. They simply take the item the moment it drops, then leave the group. 2.) They roll on the item, but if someone has a higher score, they take the item anyways before the last person rolls. This is more than likely a very good item that the person wants desperately. 3.) Then there always is the ninja-looter that does it only to destroy the items. More often than not, this type of ninja-looter isn't in a random pickup group, but in a group with people he's seeking revenge on. I would post the video of the person who ninja-looted a very high kill, but: 1.) It isn't Leeroy, they're using an add-on that does the Leeroy Jenkins battlecry when you say his name. Also, nobody else hears the battlecry when the mod does it (unless you activate TS/Ventrillo, and being that nobody in the video acknowledges it, he didn't activate it to speak). 2.) It's kind of boring. The Leeroy Jenkins video is funny, the ninja looting video is rather dull. |

It is even more fun to watch this movie when you have played World of Warcraft. What I like best is that the guy is AFK during the tactic and strategy discussion. Like how they will protect the mages and support the healers and stuff. I mean the part where they run in is a very tricky part of that dungeon (instance for the WoW fans) and it takes considerate planning and good teamwork to get through it. And the guy just runs in shouting Leeeeroooyyyy Jennnkiiinnnsss!!!! I pissed my pants when I first saw it _______________ ~ Honor is a fool's prize. Glory is of no use to the dead ~ |
