crashes

When i play JA, it crashes sometimes when im connecting to a server, or sometimes ill just be playing and itl crash. An error message comes up that says "The instruction at blahblahblah referenced memory at blahblahblah. The memory could not be 'read'". Can anyone help me with this?

Download and run memtest86 to make sure your memory's in good condition.

Could be a RAM problem. Try rebooting your computer.
