I'm a part of alot of forums and about 40% of them have a 'Warn' bar under each member's name during a post. They go up by a certain percentage depending on how bad they have been. Maybe we could use the same system to help solve this controversial issue? I am not fond of linking statistics to bans, each case is a case of it's own, and there are many more aspects that determine the outcome than just the amount of offenses.
