Mosh - Bush - Eminem ( his word ) | |

Here is a few lines I picked from Eminem´s lyrics from the song Mosh.... Read them.. At least one american found a way how to open eyes of some people... And post similar types of high puplic protests ![]() Stomp, push, shove, mush, Fuck Bush, until they bring our troops home (c'mon) Imagine it pouring, it's raining down on us Mosh pits outside the oval office Someone's tryina tell us something, Maybe this is god just sayin' we're responsible For this monster, this coward, That we have empowered This is Bin Laden, look at his head noddin' How could we allow something like this without pumping our fists Now this is our final hour Let me be the voice in your strength and your choice Let me simplify the rhyme just to amplify the noise Try to amplify the times it, and multiply by six... Teen million people, Are equal at this high pitch Maybe we can reach alqueda through my speech Let the president answer a higher anarchy Strap him with an Ak-47, let him go, fight his own war Let him impress daddy that way No more blood for oil, we got our own battles to fight on our own soil No more psychological warfare, to trick us to thinking that we ain't loyal If we don't serve our own country, we're patronizing a hero Look in his eyes its all lies The stars and stripes, they've been swiped, washed out and wiped And replaced with his own face, Mosh now or die If I get sniped tonight you know why, Cause I told you to fight. And as we proceed, To Mosh through this desert storm, In these closing statements, if they should argue Let us beg to differ As we set aside our differences And assemble our own army To disarm this Weapon of Mass Destruction That we call our President, for the present And Mosh for the future of our next generation To speak and be heard Mr. President, Mr. Senator Do you guy's hear us...hear us... _______________ =Y-Z= Yay Piccolo´s 777th post, [Yay Damien´s 250th post, [OMG LADY´s 800 POSTAH!!![Lady´s 888 post... Quote: No I don't have kyoto wrong. You don't have a clue on it. Mars is getting warmer. Why is mars getting warmer? Are the martians driving too many SUV's or something? Because that seems to be your reason for saying the earth is getting warmer. You get the point. You know what Bush wants to do? Develop technologies that are more efficient that produce less waste. He doesn't want to cripple the American economy just so you can feel good about yourself. Kyoto also doesn't limit developing countries which are producing a lot more waste for every useable product they make. The only reason Russia signed it is because they are nowhere close to producing the levels kyoto says they can. Kyoto is garbage and not worth the paper its printed on. Bingo. Also while we're discussing air pollution, here is a map of NO2 levels in Europe. Yes, that is your country in the red. However, neither Europe nor the USA comes close in total output to China or Africa. This comment was edited by Tido on Oct 05 2005 06:19pm. |

The world warming goes up and down but the fact up there things are going worse can be proved and that can cause bad damage in the long run... And it can be proved that USA is a HUGE factor in many enviromental issues including this... It can be proved what the bad things need to happen and with that in mind can be told what USA does and those thing match.. Of course every country does it.. Other just do something about it... _______________ =Y-Z= Yay Piccolo´s 777th post, [Yay Damien´s 250th post, [OMG LADY´s 800 POSTAH!!![Lady´s 888 post... YAY!!! |

There is indeed a lot of contradicting information on global-warming, cant say I've read enough about both sides to form a solid opnion. However.. Quote: Gets warm enough and norhpole goes melting and so does south... So does many other places on earth... And what does that mean.. Sealevels rise (ALOT) Thats when many countries and capitals and big cities go underwater This would be really bad for us Ducthies, we alrdy live meters below sea-level ![]() |

Yeah the whole global warming issue thing has no real footing. Changes in average temperatures have been the story of Earth's life, there is nothing new about that. It's going to happen regardless of what we're doing. Also there is just as much information showing the Earth may actually be about to enter a cooling phase as a warming one. Also to be considered is the output of the sun is hardly a consistant thing and goes through phases (of 10s, 100s, 1000s, and 1,000,000s of years). But Eminem probably wouldn't have a clue of what you're talking about if you mentioned this to him. |

Quote: And as for what the US gets from Iraq. The removal of a despotic tyrant, or do you think that's not good for everyone? Also the hope is a stable democratic ally in the middle east. Again tell me what's bad about that? All true, that is good. Is it worth the price tho? And if your reason is the removal of a tyrant and getting more allies, where is this gonna stop? Half of the world consists of countries ruled with an iron fist(9 out of 10 times a bloody one aswell). And please, try to keep this discussion civilized. Im not looking for flaming posts. |

Quote: Yeah, Tido and Buzz hit the nail on the head there. You guys just have to remember that British and American citizens have, for the most part, very comfortable lifestyles. That doesn't come for free. Instead of criticizing the perhaps questionable actions of your leaders, maybe you should focus on the positive and thank them for all the great things they've done that have secured a better future for YOU. ![]() Alright, point taken. But im getting a bit tired of hearing: "OMG, my life is peaceful and safe right now, and all thanks to Bush and Blair!". It was safe and peaceful before them aswell. The war in Iraq sure as hell isnt the reason my country got any safer, more like the other way around. Maybe Americans and the British feel different, but thats from a Dutch point of view. Then again, altho im no Bush fan-boy, he does have the balls to make tough decisions. |

You are an ignorant fool. Iraq had been violating every UN resolution passed against it for the past 12 years. An attempted assasination on a former president. His connections to terrorism. Go look up Salman Pak. Americans also aren't the ones blowing up car bombs. That would be the other side. And yeah we might not have found any weapons, but we found enough locations all geared up and ready to go as soon as possible to make them. Dual-use materials were also the norm, not the exception. And the Greenhouse effect? You are not bright. Let's see, the earth is getting warmer. Guess what, so is MARS. Is Bush to blame for that too? Kyoto is a joke that will do nothing other than cripple and hinder economies. It arbitrarily chooses 1998 as the optimum year for how the earth should be, which is completely pointless. UV radiation and the greenhouse effect aren't connected either. And as for what the US gets from Iraq. The removal of a despotic tyrant, or do you think that's not good for everyone? Also the hope is a stable democratic ally in the middle east. Again tell me what's bad about that? You don't know enough about any of this to provide information. _______________ When you are going through Hell, keep going. -Sir Winston Churchill. If you get your political information from a rapper or any other celebrity then you clearly aren't the brightest person. A lot have little more than a high school education, some don't even have that. They shout whatever they're told and always believe it. And if you ask why elect one governor of california, Arnold went to college and got a degree in economics. Bush just had no real reason... I admit that in the WTC case any other country would have stroken as well but then Iraq... They never found any weapons and the american walked to Iraq killing people when Iraq itself has enough people killing themselves.. No when Bush got the troops into Iraq, no-one is safe and this reflects to other countries... And many have died for what.. OIL... I would respect Bush a president and a person if he was smart instead of greed... Greenhouse effect... Why can´t he just agree with all the other countries... Maybe not all american knows that when you breath, you breath the WORST air in the whole world... America is filthier than the whole Europe together... And that effects everyhwere... Sure Bush doesn´t care he onlu lives 30 more years in his huge house... Well if USA cooped with other countries instead of gaining advantage of it, you grandchildren might not need to wear black robes to avoid UV radiation... THATS when Bush can stand and help and then be proud... And the Iraq thing.. How much did USA get from it and how much did it lose from it... BILLIONS OF DOLLARS LOST some oil after a few years... People lost their lives for pretty much nothing... The proud and nice reasons were all as fake as the dollface Bush himself... USA a pretty country with sucky leaders... _______________ =Y-Z= Yay Piccolo´s 777th post, [Yay Damien´s 250th post, [OMG LADY´s 800 POSTAH!!![Lady´s 888 post... YAY!!! Ugh, there is nothing that sucks more than going to a concert or a show only to have to sit there and listen to politics...especially a musician's politics. If I wanted that I could have gone to a political party convention. Instead of hearing music I gotta endure listening to the latest drug induced highschool dropout perspective on global issues. It's gotten to the point where I always find out beforehand if the artist brings their soapbox on stage along with their guitars and stompboxes. Then I know when it's not even worth going. Last thing I want is spending my money and time on listening to someone who doesn't know what the hell they are talking about. Sadly, for most of my generation musical artists like Eminem are their largest source of information to base their ideals off of. |
