Danke Johnny! Then I finnaly got a Master and even without having to ask 5-10 masters. I think it's pretty good to get a master first time you throw out the hook (sorry to compare you to a fish  ). |

I would like to try for the position of your padawan as well 
As for your question: As always with power comes responsibility, your response will depend on certain circumstances. As always I would try to reason with the person first. Let him know that what he/she is doing is not permitted and ask them to stop. If they continue with their actions I would repeat my request to stop but now throw in a warning of punishment. If they persist further I would administer some type of punishment, be it either having them sleep, silenced, or punished (gripped). If after a while they promise to behave, I would release their punishment. If they don't or continue to break the rules I would again inform them of what they're doing and this time threaten them with being kicked from the server. Ultimately if all forms of diplomacy fail, I would be forced to kick the violator from the server. |

I would like to be your paddie (or caddie, your pick  ) but if I don't become one I will survive.
First of all I don't know much about the admin powers, so maybe my answer could be done another way more effectively. It depends on what he is doing. If we're talking about verbal disobeying I would of course firstly tell him to watch the language (assuming that it is the problem). I think (empasize (sp?) think) I would tell him to watch the language one more time, and then I would give him a warning. If he still continues the foul language I would probably silence him. If he continued harrasing people I would finally kick him, but only if absolutely necessairy. If it is more "physical" things we are talking about, such as shooting people inside, kicking people, killing unarmed people, etc., I would start off by telling him not to do it, and if he is new explain him why he cannot and tell him to see the rules page. After that I would give him a warning. [This is a area I would have filled out if I knew the admin powers better, I basicly only know about the ability to kick, ban and silence] As the final means I would kick him and maybe, maybe, if I thought it serious enough tell about him to someone like a JAC. Again, I do not know very much about the admin powers, so some of what I have said could have been done in another way if I knew other ways.
