So I have added the preliminary most ppl will duel in the preliminary rounds but some will get a bye (random) preliminary deadline is not fixed as such but I would hope most ppl will be able to fit it within the time frame.. As long as you can fit both rounds in before the First round deadline I don't foresee a problem. :CONFUSED YET See me on irc J: E.g. you could arrange to duel you Prelim and 1st round back to back on 2nd December (Opponents agreeing. THE DRAW is fixed so you'll know exactly who you could meet in each round.
