Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this lately. On Wireplay ive always had a nice 30-40 ping up untill recently, now its 50-70. I havent changed anything in my rate/snaps/maxpackets, and ive done a dozen spyware/virus searches in the past few days. In just find it weird that this happened all of a sudden. Any else been having trouble with this aswell? Any suggestions on how to get my ping back to normal, are appreciated!  |

you're right m8, its not that big of a deal, but there was a time when i had a steady ping of 28(it actually went like this: 20-30 - 40-50 - 50-70) on WP, and I sure loved that  About what u said, that could well be the reason for the increase. Just find it weird that it doesnt differ much from day to day or time of the day (i think), im gonna keep an eye on my ping at different time to check cheers |

I, personally, wouldn't worry about a small rise in ping like that. But that's just me.  Anyway, my ping's different on different days. It usually varies from 0-120, depending on the day. Sometimes it sticks to being low, other times it's around 70, and sometimes around 100. I think it's because, depending on how many people are using the internet with the ISP I'm on, depends on how great my connection is. Perhaps it's a similar thing for you? I'll watch my ping on Wireplay though, and see if anything like that happens to me. |
