Cyb, I think that we're making this too elaborate. I would be perfectly happy with a simple, text only, bare bones guide to the game. I've already corresponded with Aeth and Nightcrawler about a logo or some sort of image, as those were my 2 personal favourite sets of yearbook entries. Of course any one else is more than welcome, but you can udnerstand I can't ask everyone in the academy Plus we already made a post about a holocron image, I don't think another one is nessecary. Hope you have fun bro. With the recent outpour of titles for the yearbook, I was thinking we could get something similar going for the Holocron. Think a contest type thing would work? Actually seeing as I'm here I might as well tell y'all that I'm leaving the country on a research trip on 12th May. I have no idea how long I'll be away for, propbably a few months at the most. I'll still be able to function in my role of Holodron editor tho, I just won't be able to play JK2 at all <moan> Just thought youse should know. Carry on as you were. _______________ "Negative. MoS and I were talking last night about having another live meeting on irc. This would help encourage some movement as well as answer some outstanding questions people might have regarding their sections. (As they get deeper into it, they'll probably have questions on how to deal with x and such.) I understand that many of you are dealing with exams at this point in time, and I don't want the Holocron to have a negative impact on your RL(tm), so I'll need to know the following: 1. Do you think it will even be appropriate/necessary to have a meeting at all? 2. If so, when do you think you'll be in a position to have a chunk of your section outlined/written, with associated questions to discuss live among the Holocron staff? 3. Regardless of what you think about a meeting, can you give me a deadline as to when you think you'll be ready to hand over your first draft for primary editing? I'm hoping that we'll be able to get this thing out in the next few weeks, but again, I don't want it to cause problems in RL(tm). Please let me know what you think. Thanks again for everybody's help on this project. We wouldn't be this far without your interest and support! Right now, since yer busy, you might wanna do some delegating...and ask some peeps to collect information for you, help do some writing. No need to kill yerself.
