He doesn't even use cheat codes, just a variety of clever tricks and glitches. Although he didn't do the whole thing in one go. You're right Masta, he didn't. Basic Strafe-jumping is easy to learn almost in every game (except in Counter-Strike as far as i know). But if u want to make it to perfect 'level' it need alot of reflex, timing, training and such. And that ladder trick is commonly used.. de_train ftw. Well you might consider it a glitch i guess. Basically, he let himself fall down and at the very last moment before hitting the ground, he grabbed a ladder or w/e which saved him from taking any damage at all. His attack speed wasnt increased neither, but i guess you might want to call that another glitch. He used to switch between weapons shortly after having fired a shot, and since HL supports really fast weapon-switching which allows you to switch between weapons regardless of the action you perform, he used that to boost his normal rate of fire and gain some advantage in certain situations. Im not sure about strafe-jumping in HL, but i really doubt he used anysorts of mods or cheats to move faster or that sorta things tbh. _______________ Find out more about the Jedi Academy Aurochs here and more about Masta here! He is too using cheats of some sort at the beginning he didnt take any fall damage from falling down the elevator... which I have done and it hella hurts. You cant bunny jump in base half life so my guess he turned up the player speed somehow (mod I am guessing) increasing speed and making it possible to jump further due to moving faster.
