Hey Limana, I saw this thread once before and meant to get back to it and post my piece on it but accidentally forgot about it. I saw it bumped by Mindrith's comment and am now going to get back to my opinions of the game. I think out of all the MMO's out there, EQ2 has the best quality to offer over all the other games out there. In terms of sheer amount of things to do, especially since they've had 24 solid LUs (Live Updates) they've transformed the game into a gamers paradise. Not only can you solo if you want, you can group, tradeskill (which is a game in itself), raid, and just plain have a good time. I've tapped into WoW and although it has EQ2 beat in volume and people playing it, I still thing EQ2's got the quality. I've played the game since it came out, I'm on the Mistmoore server. I've played many characters and only got one up high enough to count for something (lvl 51 berserker). Out of the fantasy games, I'd put that above all the others. Some contenders for "of all MMOs" would be City of Heroes/Villains. Just the style of where those games come from in a superhero sense has a unique value. But if you held a gun to my head and forced me to play one or the other, I would take EQ2 any day.
