Oh. What was the question then? 
1. Billy - console looks great. I have no idea what Hux was talking about in his e-mail, but that's ok. He was prolly talking to someone else anyway. 2. MoS - glad to hear the non-saber is going well. Hats off to Kurgan. Where's he at on the forum here, anyway? Am I blind? Stupid? Don't answer that. 3. Holocron logo - I've seen what was sent around a while ago. It anyone working on alternatives? I can indeed post a call for logos on general discussion if this is deemed necessary. Please comment. And do we know where that initial logo came from? Don't wanna step on copyright toes there... 4. Prologue - glad many of you guys liked it. O.Link did a good job souping up my initial jab at it. If you have anything that you would like to add, please comment in that section. If all think it is fine the way it is, um........... well, ok. 5. Movement - we seem to have a serious problem in this area. Do we need it defined better? Do people just not know what we mean by this and thus shy away? And MoS, I assume Hux has turned down our offer to work on this section. 6. Jake - tomato soup works really well to get skunk smells out. Maybe you should try it too. j/k Can you send me (us) a copy of what you have so far regarding Force? I don't think I've seen it yet. How far in the editing process are you? 7. Undead - Yes. With his help, the Holocron intro is gonna rock! 8. Mapping/skinning/modding - Sared said he wanted to be the "skin-king," so, if he feels he can get something together reasonably fast, well, why not include it. My main concern in trying to focus on the basics was so we could attract as much assistance from as many members as possible. Not as many people know about that, so we decided to leave it out. But, I don't feel we should _exclude_ it if someone feels they can whip something together. I haven't seen any text from him, tho, so from that standpoint I'm a little concerned. Ride your horse Sared!! Anything else? No? Ok. I'd like that cinnamon one right...over...there. Yeah.

Not much goin on but here goes...
-Billy has added a bunch of crap to his section. Looking great. -Non-saber Weapons section is about 65-70% done. I need pics(Kurgan has graciously offered for me to use his if I want to) and to finish a few more things. -The Holocron will soon have a logo. I'm guessing that we will soon post a poll in Academy Discussion. -The Ubub character story is written, and very cool. -Movement section is officially up for grabs. Contact me if you want the job. -Jake smells like ham -Undead has offered to help out with making .avi demos. Very nice of him. -We may be including mapping/skinning/etc. I dunno if it's officially endorsed by the Holocron or if we are waiting for results before we make a new section. Ruuk? I'm going to bed. Fastsky is something to do with the details of your sky and how it moves. some people turn this off for reduced lag and higher Fps. Sometimes a glitch happens in the game, and the sky either goes black, or turns into checkered boxes (like how it looks when you're map making in JK radient). Just an update on the Console stuff:
I should have all the corrections/changes you guys proposed done by 2morrow or the next day. I gotta type up some cover letters for my resume 1st. Plus the NHL playoffs start 2nite and the Isles are in(who knows for how long  )
BTW - NE1 know exactly what r_fastsky does? MoS - Thank you. That was exactly what I needed to read. Not only does it help me keep track of what's going on, but also acts as a stimulant to the workers! MUAHAHAHAHA!!!! erm, uh yeah.
BB - We may have to take that route. I'd like to get this out as fast as possible b/c Battlefield 1942 (or whatever it's called) seems to be draining the talent pool here...slowly...slowly... JK3 should inject us with a fresh batch. Ubub - Thanks for keeping the heat on doob. Private forum - is...well...I've talked to DJ, so we'll see what happens. Other game modes - ??? Don't seem to have anyone with a burning desire to help us out on that one. Somebody go and beat the bushes!

I don't know how much of a pain it will be to do, but shouldn't we just get the basic stuff done 1st? I think we should worry about the more advanced stuff(scripting, mapping, skinning, etc.) and stuff not associated specifically with the JA later on. Just get the basic stuff done and online and then worry about the other stuff. The console stuff I did was basically with being a student at the JA in mind, that's why I didn't include all the server-side stuff.

Umm...okay, I guess I'll update.
-Exar is making good progress with the saber section. Outline done, and he's working hard. -Bubu has a bunch of stuff pending, and what he has posted already. -We're finding Holocron pics for a logo. There will be a thread and voting like the name. -Maybe a private forum here for editing? -Jake is covering CTF, possibly with help from Dark Blade for some things. We need to make sure who is going to take the other game modes and if they will all be equal or if they will have one section leader for all of it. -Billy has all of the basic stuff done for his console section. Dunno how much more will be included.(scripting, etc.) I think that's it. Section heads, remember to keep me up to speed on your work. Okay, what I know at this point -Jake's Force section is done -Welcome to the Academy has just started but Bubu has some good stuff so far. -Billy has started the console section. I got an early copy a while ago and it looked nice. -I've started the weapons stuff and have done almost half the guns, not started on the items or explosives yet -Lightsaber and Movement haven't started yet -We have a forum, it's cool
-Everyone is working hard and things are progressing steadily I think that's everything. I'll add other stuff as I see fit, and try to have reports every week or two. Edit: Jesus!
