Congrats Italy, i expected them to win, although it was close in the end. I'm not usually a fan of Italian football, but they have impressed me in this tournement i have to admit. A fun world cup, but it might of been better if a few good teams had not underperformed. England have picked up a lot of stick for this, however they are not the only team to badly underperform in this world cup. France was better half of the game, but well at the end Italy was luckier.  Matarazzi must've said something very, very insulting, otherwhise I can't imagine such a legend to do such a foul. But well, that head-butt was strong, because he brought such a big player down. I still think Zidane's a football legend, it wouldn't be fair to judge him by only a moment when he did something wrong. zidane is still a great player and a respected one at that. If you dont remember, in 98(i believe) he steppedd on the back of an arab player who was on the ground. People forgot about that, people will forget about this and see him for who he was 99 percent of his career, a soccer legend |
