If Silk comes to the UK, I'll book time out for a meet-up. Silky is a good guy and I doubt I'll get another chance to meet him in person, so yeah, I'm in. I can see you other buggers any time I want if I have a free minute and petrol, so if Silk doesn't come, I'm gonna give it a miss aswell as I'll be far too busy. The only problem is that it will be hard to get time unless it starts on a friday after college. Thats the only problem is that some of us are in full time education while others have full time jobs. I don't think Silk mentioned a meeting in the US. He will be studying abroad and wants to meet some of the JA Euro members while he is studying, that's the whole gist of it. I think one of the primary reasons Silk wants it in November is the fact that he'll be in Europe at that time. I would prefer as many others would that this be during the school summer holidays when most people have alot more free time, my self included. November is too awkward for me and if this meeting were to go in november then I would organise my own seperate one for the upcoming holidays. |

Talked about this thing with Rosey on msn today. I would really really really want to come, only problem besides money is that I'm in the marines in november. We usually have weekends off, and we have personal holidays we can use whenever we choose. I might be able to stretch my weekend off to about tuesday next week. But I would need major help on this one though. I'd need to book my plane tickets and know for a fact that people will participate. I would also need to know the exact date around 1-2 months prior to the meet so I could apply for those personal holidays and maybe get them arranged. One other problem I have is that from the 10th of July I will be visiting the forums and the JA in general around every other weekend or something, and even then with limited time. This of course means that I can just basicly write updates on my status in here and read what you have planned. I really hope this would kick off and people would actually arrange this properly.
