I grew up watching Steve Irwin shows on Animal Planet since about 1994 as a kid. However, it was bound to happen sooner or later, just not this soon I was hoping, I just wished it was an epic battle with a massive Blue-whale-size crocidile with a dramatic ending. Rest in peace! R.I.P. This guy made me laugh when he was on tv, and i will miss him for that. He chose a dangerous lifestyle, and unfortunatly the risks proved to great. awwww this makes me soooo sad. Not many people can do or has done what he did. The joy he brought so many people was unbelievable and his courage one to admire. It really really truely is sad. I read it about an hour ago from this thread like 15 minutes after they (yahoo) posted it up. I can feel for the guy though, he went doing what he loved. Yes it's a great loss to us all, he was a great ambassador to wildlife conservation and he will be sorely missed. I have been to he's zoo many times and each time it get's better and better, I dont think it will be the same without him. When I first saw Steve on the TV show with Jay Leno, I thought, 'what a complete idiot' but now after seeing all the great work that he's done over the year's I think we have lost someone very special and passionate about the enviroment.
