So this is the deal:
EJ, Fullmetal and I are starting up a CTF section within the Aurochs For now we do not have any trials or tryouts for new members. However once a good number of players are interested we shall accertain who is fit to call themselves a true Auroch of CTF. For those interested we will hold training sessions where we will teach everything, starting from scratch. This should help you build up your confidence and general skill in CTF I dont want to hear anyone saw: Eewww guns. Come to one or two sessions and make up your mind then. So there we have it, I hope to see many posts here showing their interest. This is a new mode of playing, you might love it and even leave the dueling world 
Ofcourse you get to play with your superstudded stars EJ and Fullmetal, an opportunity you will not want to miss

I am a big fan of UT2K4 and various other FPS games. Althought the shooting is a little slower in JKA I would really like to give it a try, it will make a nice change from being sabred on a daily basis. |

Yes I did. The problem is the majority of the players who will be attending are euro. There are at most 3 players within a comparable timezone to mine who are interested. Perhaps it was just that its a friday but the turnout to my session was only 1 player. Mabey swapping my session to an american friendly time on sunday? For now I will leave it at a euro friendly time. If it happens that nobody shows up again then I will move it again or just cancel it all together and teach alongside EJ. I would like to avoid that however because im really interested and have a unique teaching style that I think would benefit everyone. My course and Ej's should be viewed as supplements not different inferior/superior courses as we will teach them in differnet manners and it will be best to get some of both. _______________

Yes, its actually hard to imagine that people get annoyed over a slight delay between clicking the mouse button and actually firing the weapon, even though it makes the sniper very hard to use.
However, if you'd compare high ping sabering with low ping sabering, now THATS where the real difference kicks in. So if you guys want a low ping I have no problem hosting my session at jaktorow.
I would also like 1 slot at ej's session to be reserved for me so I can watch how he teaches, and would like 1 slot at my session to be reserved for EJ_Will. I will also comment about the format of my lesson: I have planned for the first 10 minutes a public style ctf game to gauge your skills. The next 10 minutes will go to basic movement The next 10 minutes showing a bit of each position. The next 20 minutes showing routes on maps as regardless of your position you need to know these. This section of the lesson will also have a lecture where as the other sections of the lesson will be a demonstration followed by Q&A/Trial of whats shown. The final 10 minutes will be another ctf game so I can guage improvement and where we still need to focus. Everyone of my lessons will follow this general template. The middle sections may change as time goes on but the open and closing will always be a ctf game as it is not only fun but it serves to give me insight on where we stand each week. I do not intend to verbally define the terms and positions as EJ Will did today. My reason for this is even if I follow it up with a demonstration, telling you offense is grabbing the flag will leave a mindset that aslong as you grab you are doing offense. While in reality offense is SO MUCH more. It is my personal feeling that you need to learn positions by learning the actions themselves not what the actions are in words followed by an example. I will describe what I do and why I do it but I will not start out with "This is called this now heres how its done" _______________

So Fullmetal say the huge amount of students today, and decided to move his session to fridays at 7pm GMT.
So you can either go to fm's or EJ's session. Or both, but I rather you pick one because it becomes a bit chaotic with some many people on one place.
