I just hought I'd post the link to our team's fragmovie. It's not done by me this time, even though it was I who started. But I got extremely bored after I had made about half, so I deleted it and made one of my teammates do it. The only thing he borrowed was the quality config I made. The movie shows frag from official matches aswell as practice matches. There's some luckyshots mixed with aces and skilled clutches, against some of the best clans in europe. Hope you'll enjoy it!

A simple command, /cl_avidemo # where # is the number of frames per seconds you want it to capture, 25-30 is good unless you're doing some kind of slow-motion effect. You'll then get ALOT of images which you then can put together using a movie editing program (like vegas or adobe premiere). |

Ah, I heard so from a Slovenian CoD2 player, but I couldn't really trust him since he's the stupidest person I've met so far in my life (quite literally). And I didn't care to go check since when I enter CoD2 it's just for spontaneous fun sessions.
(I don't have the most legal of versions, so only SLO Cracked servers for me; and there I'm always highest on the score =/; or second if a certain person is online) |

As far as i know, people extract footage from demos, and not whilst actually playing. This should kinda apply to all games really, with very few exceptions.

Did you actually play at that kind of graphics option + record with Fraps, or is there some kind of trick behind it?
(I heard from a source I don't like to usually trust, that there's an app that can convert ingame /records into video) I know a real-time record at that graphics setting is something that would annihilate my PC more than the Deathstar can annihilate a planet. |

I thought it was pretty cool. Some rather nice frags there.
