This post is for people new to the academy and need help with what mean JAS, JAK, JAC, JAT, JAP.
Im will put here a little information about this ones: JAS- Jedi Academy Student = all guys who are under the knight rank and dont have any master (teacher). JAP- Jedi Academy Padawan = this is for the guys who are under the knight rank (JAS) but they have a master (teacher). The master can be a JAT, JAK or JAC. JAK- Jedi Academy Knight = its a rank who is more highter of JAS or JAP and under the rank of JAT. This is a rank with big responsability because you will have admin powers (to enforce the rules) and you must be a good exemple to another guys. This rank can have Padawans. This rank (JAK) can't give classes but can help in it. JAT- Jedi Academy Trainer = Its The teachers. They have admin powers, can have Padawans and they can teach Class. JAC- Jedi Academy Council = They are the "boss". All the management things of academy are up to they. They can have padawans, admin powers and can teach class. Hmm, this sounds like a good place to throw in my JAK-routine.... warning, copy/pasting ahead: ____ First of all: JAK is not a rank you just get. Basically you have to help others, not be too selfish, be somewhat skilled (but this is NOT the most important field for a JAK, so no, 1337 players can't just go out and become a JAK ), help the JAT/JAC's and perhaps most important, respect everyone. They keep the peace on the servers, assist the JAT's in class and help students. It also takes some time before you can become a JAK, the JAT's have to nominate you and they will only do that if they think you could be a good JAK, and it takes some time for them to get to know you and evaluate you. You have to get 1 nomination to take the written test and you must have 3 nominations all in all to take the trial (which is tough... have I heard). dani, if you read this: JAKs *can* give classes, but they have to run through a small trial period of assisting three and then giving 3 classes, under the supervision of a JAT. For the rest I think it's good _______________ -Retired april the 19th 2004 |

You don't have to put on a tag. And it can be any color you want. Some people use JAS others don't.
