Hope there isn't already a thread about this... has anyone else been watching this show? Just watched the first 11 episodes and I think it's freaken awesome; plot, characters, super powers - all of it. I'm hearing Season 1 continues this Monday. It appeared to me that Sylar slowed Peter's fall. It is possible that Sylar may want to work for his dad to learn for himself what type of person he is. why didnt peter die?
i think it is possible that mr. petrelli absorbs their abilities to the point of their birth. which means they still have power, it just might take some time for them to manifest (remember season 1 and all that madness with peter and his powers). ofcourse that might have been sylar and his mastery over telekinesis. or something else related to the sylars 'tick-tock' thing. that would be kinda more interesting than lets say some lame interpretation of vampire. 'if you kill the head vampire - you become normal again'. so they would kill that mr petrelli eventually and their powers would magically get back to them. _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february. i have a feeling that future peter knew that father petrelli will steal peters powers. which means... sylars power will lead that father to destruction.

I love this show <3.
Peter is so awesome, i'm wondering how his character will evolve now that he took Gabriels ability "Intuitive aptitude" and got the "hunger" (the need to always have and known more). It was shocking how he managed to kill Nathan in cold blood in the future while pulling a Sylar (Slicing his head open while doing telekinesis like scapel). Peter always was very emotional, being able to relate to people and care for them. Giving him this kind of power which makes him even more emotional unbalanced, I doubt that power will do him much good. Gabriel always was the cold, calculated killer and mastermind due his ability. He always came of as calm, collected and in charge of his emotions. Even though he had the hunger who gave him a thirst for power and knowledge he seem more stable; even when he was killing people than peter did in the entire 3 seasons. I'm kinda wondering how Mohinders story will continue aswell. He seems to be transforming in something monsterlike. Very intresting. Btw that last episode was like the best episode from heroes EVER! |

sylar was cool at the last episode
peter is a little weird now. i just hope this 'twist' will continue for awhile, since most of the groundbreaking twists are almost always fixed in the next episode. i wonder how mohinder will fix his

well yeah not everything was very interesting.
the niki sanders clone thing while interesting... doesnt make me really want to know what happened there lol. ok she can freeze and shatter... however we already had some unknown character whoe can freeze things. however since she just found out her power id expect her to have much less mastery over her ability. doing stuff just like that was a little bit lame. then there are those villains from sector 5. pyrokinesis, sound manipulation, magnetism? huh? lame! sylar can do so much more. what was interesting? well the clair vs sylar encounter was cool. a twist - clair has brain! lol! no really sylar's character is improving as the series goes. clair... just like the future clair suggests... the present clair will do something nasty. i just hope its really unexpected and evil in some way, otherwise its just gonna be her ordinary bitching around. then i liked some twist to mohinders character. i wonder what is he going to become? a lizard? however him having sex with maya was quite lame. the beginning of the whole 'peter from the future shoots nathan' thing was quite interesting, but then its just peter teleporting around quite randomly. while in season 1 the future peter was really cool, experienced and hardened... the future peter we see in season 3 ... well he is just our ordinary inexperienced childish peter with better mastery over powers. nathan is still a 'flying man'. a lot of characters got better at their stuff, but nathan was a great flier from the beginning. this definitely needs fixing... uberfast woman... hmph... while clair is a bitch, niki/jessica had her coolness too, the persuasion girl was also quite interesting... the more recent woman characters (well i guess all new males as well) were pretty dull. lightning girl, the mimic girl and now that speedy girl... not very unique characters tbh... while lighting girl is gaining some weight in the series, we could just get rid of that mimic girl and nothing would change. matt parkman, i admit i expected him to talk with that turtle in episode 2. that would be a twist... maybe later on he could control horde of animals against villains... that would be sort of unique lol noah bennet, with so many people testing their powers whenever they can... such cool characters like noah become quite gimped. while i wouldnt want him to get powers... i hope he will play a big part in the series again. ando. really not impressed so far, only half decent thing is sylar ^^ but thats about it, the rest isnt very engaging at the minute, im sure it'll pick up as it goes but for me it wasnt a great start to the season _______________ If you add me to MSN, tell me who you are

ok so episode 00 is out already. a few spoilers about the new season there, while they might be a little well shocking, but thats what heroes do right? even then its not THAT shocking. i rewatched last episodes of season 2 last night and i must say everything goes in to places.
like: 1. you would not expect all of heroes that died in the last episode of season2 to be dead forever considering some major thing clair can do lol 2. the season 3 name 'villains' which obviously means there gonna be more than one villain suggested that some of the good characters might become villains (you cant expect like 2 or 3 villains to be brought to show at once. while i didnt think that clair could be one of the villains... last episode of season 2 makes it a possibility. the dark make up and clothes in season 3 spoiler just confirms that. oh well... we will see
