I like Old school style, I think i'm gona stick with one....if i can. I'm going saber staff slll the way, I'm a yellow dueler most of the time and when you turn off the 2nd part of the staff it turns into single blade yellow style saber. wootness! They have their advantages: Two sabers is good because you have an instant kill if you attack with both of them at the same time, Staff A staff is the most powerful at fighting two enemies at once, and a single is good for getting killed!! |

One sabre is heavy and clumsy it feels, just not quick enough for my taste. The feel of the double-edge sabre is somewhat different, but still feels rather clumsy and hindering. Twin sabres are where it's at. Excellent maneuverability, excellent handling, and devastating damage... all once you master them. _______________ I've done so much for so long with so little, that I am now qualified to do anything with nothing. |

If you turn off one saber (by pressing the change saber style button) with dual sabers, you get a single fast-style saber. If you do the same with the dual-blade saber, you get a single (long-staffed) medium style saber. Personally I prefer the dual-blade saber, having tried them all. I found that the dual sabers are the ones you can most easily master (and enjoy at first), but before long you can do just as well with the staff. _______________ Q: What do you call a man with bread and butter pudding on his head? It's really hard for me to say what I'm going to use. I really want to use the double bladed saber staff which my role playing character Koyi Donita favored, but I have a feeling that they might not be as good as they look. Still though, I hope that they are a solid sound weapon and I will be able to pick up fighting with it quickly. If not, single will have to rule just as master Luke and Windu say. Just a thought... Raven said that the double bladed and dual saber will be their own stance. That doesn't sound good in my ears... To me, that seems like using a single saber will give you an advantage in that you can adapt you stance to whatever style your opponent is using.. Also, I find it boring just using a single stance.
