watch the double saber be really fake and be just like the single (cutting thru u and stuff) i would laff so hard......(it would suck tho) _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

I prefer double-bladed because I can actually fight with a staff in real life. A SMALL reason why I would use double-blade is because of Neo...he used a staff and was FRICKIN' good with it. That doesn't make me decide, but I just love that part. Having a double-bladed saber can make it easier to fight 2 on 1. You got my vote. thats correct neo About the advantages and disadvantages, its small things. This is what I know so far: Double bladed saber users cannot throw the saber (think about it, the othewr blade would cut you up )Double bladed saber users can kick(not the lame backflip we have at the moment, a proper kick!!) Single blade users cannot kick, they can throw saber. It is possible to have single, double, or double-bladed. In the E3 preview they used a code that split the double-bladed into a double saber to display the double saber without actually playing the whole game. ok so as I understand it there are three types. no no no, you can have 2 single sabers, you jsut cann't switch between them and a double bladed. I recently read that the double bladed lightsaber is something you choose in the begining when designing your hilt and saber color. either single or or double bladed there is no trading back and forth. As for having 2 single bladed lightsabers. It is merely a code you must enter into the game the makers of jk3 said that they only showed pictures for the movie or something. Ya. So as for switching back and forth, (unless i read horribly wrong and i don't believe i did) you cannot. i'll go dual. i haven't heard that the double can be split (and certainly not re-connected), but both dual and doulbe take away your ability to use any force power that requires your hands (so goodbye lighting and grip...). with dual, you can throw one while chopping away with the second, but, according the the e3 interviews, you can't turn one off and play single -- although that may change... |

well, in ep2 when Anakin tries to use 2 sabers he loses his hand. i might go with double, but im not sure _______________ if at first you dont succeed, try and try again. if you still dont succeed, youve just wasted a whole lot of time trying something you just cant do

What is funny is that I fence with either dual rapiers or dual epee (pronounced eh-PAY) so it will be interesting to see what kind of styles they include for dual sabers. _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. |

Well. form 2 sabers to duel makes sense. You only have to click a button and they go apart. And again, I don't know 100% sure but I read it somewhere and it makes sense. Because single lightsaber is going to be more systamtic and a lot better in 1 on 1 fights and you have more stances with 1 lightsaber _______________ Personal sleepness-nights-supporter of Virtue. yeah, heared that too küller... a bit silly though, isnt it? maybe they goanna do it like the 3 stances, you can change your sabers with one clikc during a fight. i'd prefer if you had to choose it like your forces and make it really different. double bladed to single bladed sounds ok to me, maul does that aswell. but from double bladed to dual saber? come on, thats just c**p _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |
