Greetings,
as you may or may not be aware, it won't be that much longer untill the Jedi Academy has officially been around for five years. This, of course, calls for a celebration! We are thinking of 'going back to the roots' of the JA, coming up with the following idea: A Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast Tournament! Yep, that's right, if there is enough interest and I can get around to acually host one, there is going to be such a Tournament. I'm not promising anything, though. It's still in an early stage, with just about everything still having to be arranged, but before we start working on it it'd be good to know how many people have a potential interest. That's a lot of 'ifs', but I'll do my best to make it happen. I'm thinking of a 1vs1 Tournament, very similar to the TiTs. So yeah, what are your thoughts on this? jk3 server activy is not too good it seems.

Yeah, that's exactly the reason, like Darthmaul said. If we hold simultaneous Tourneys, there's a risk people will get scattered over the Tourneys, making the first rounds also the finals
Why JK2 and not JK3? There's an upcoming aniversary, and JK2 is the JA's roots. Also, there are JK3 Tourneys, but no JK2 Tourneys these days. It might be fun to do it for those reasons _______________ The name is Bond. James Bond. |

Plenty of Crap Academy tournaments already, the official TiT's being the biggest. Besides, if it will be both games, than barely anyone will play JKII, at least to make it a worthwhile tournament. remember some of the problems we had in previous tourneys. one tourney is difficult enough, two at the same time on the other hand is highly unlikely to succeed... _______________ playing jk3 since 30th of january (2005), member since 1st of february.
