I have been absent for the JA and the net for a while I managed to get a Vundo worm on my PC and have been having issues with my ISP as well.
The result was many annoying wasted hours on the PC trying to rectify both issues and when this became frustrating and turned my into a creature that swears at inanimate objects I turned to alternative pastimess like watching TV, DIY and cycling. I have access via another PC and am still trying to remove this worm hopefully when sorted I will be able to get back into JA things. Symantec Vundo fix tool
Symantecs tool has removed this for me, I also used this tool to remove a dozen instances of this virus from my customers computers as well. It doesn't have a 100% fix rate but works on most. The Vundofix tools are your best option. Either that link or search for another one. Most anti-virus programs will not remove it, and symantec and mcafee don't really have removal tools for it. I had it once, never really fully got rid of it I think.
