Youtube gets a genius every few weeks, then. Actually there are large forums dedicated to creating internet memes (4chan) and once they pick something to poke fun at, the internet tends to follow. This guy is a genious in his own right. He knows how to get attention and doesn't mind what people think about him, as long as he remains the "most watched person on MySpace".
Sure, he's disturbing, very much so. Watching crap like this makes you wonder to what lengths people will go for a handful of fame and an armful of exposure. It's not what you say, but the way you say it, and the guy on this video has found a very sick method of being in the public eye.
