I, personally, enjoy the fine taste of Minstrels. So this question does not work for me.
However, why some people may not like them: A hard chocolate that is preferable when at its coldest; Dark tasting but not like.. full on Belgium chocolate death; Packets come in disproportional sizes, you either get one too small to satisfy your hunger or one too big to manage by yourself in one sitting; Fails in sales comparison to smaller chocolates like Smarties or M&M's (one for the shopkeepers, if any); Member of the Galaxy family.. Hence, if you do not like Galaxy, you more than likely won't like Minstrels; One of the signs a woman is "during that time of month". If she's eating these like crazy - Go easy. There.. that'll do. (Plus, I'm not a fan of chocolate.. I rarely eat it.
