well, if you want to make a map you have to use a 3d modeling program, one of the better ones to use is 3DStudio MAX, i use Maya there are heaps of the programs.
but if your just looking for a very plain map maybe this is what you might want, BTW if you don't want the green it has different colors like black, red, white etc.
or if you want you could type the cheat "r_drawworld 0" which gets rid of all the walls, floor, ceiling. pretty much everything that wont move so you'll have doors and destroyables left over.
