arnie was great in terminator 1, because he created that frightening image of robot.

I felt the new Batman was more adult/mature than previous movies as well as being darker.
I'm also glad there will be no Arnie, don't get me wrong, I'm a huge Arnie fan but the movie is moving in a new direction, leaving the previous trilogy in the past. I'm excited to see where this new trilogy is going. It's kind of like Star Wars (OT), when we heard Obi Wan talk about the clone wars we all thought "wow the clone wars, I wonder what that was like!" In the Terminator, we get a glimpse of the war against the machines when Kyle Reese is telling Sarah about it some of us thought 'yeah, I wont to see that'. i disagree with the batman statement, while i respect your opinion for me it was the darker tone it was given and the whole origin of batman that made the film much better for me. The new one was awesome due to a tight script, which could of been a little shorter but the joker obviously stole the show.
I've seen movies with crap scripts and good actors that was good and movies with good scripts and bad actors that were equally good. Movies are always opinion based but usually you tend to agree with someone else's opinion at somepoint _______________ If you add me to MSN, tell me who you are

no they dont they need to reinvent it with a good solid story and not rely on 1 actor to sell the movie. i'll watch it to see how it turns out. dont get me wrong i love the arnie terminators but time moves on and story has to progress actors get old etc.... the new batman movies are much better than the previous ones including the keaton ones, same as the past 2 bond movies with the new arc they are taking. i think its a good thing he isnt in the movie as it will simply allow the script writers to do anything and it wont matter, they wouldnt need to put 100% in to it simply because people will watch it due to arnie. wrongly arrested it seems, from what i gather his mother and sister who are drug users turned up uninvited to his room at the hotel, shouting obscene stuff and demanding money because he wouldnt be where he is today without them, as he tried to get them out the room his mother fell and called the police for assault, as far as i am aware he was released without charge after explaining everything to the police.
