So, just a question - on the server pages it lists a download for the v3 map, but it says it's not available on the server when I follow the link.

The site was recently migrated to a new box, files may have been misplaced in to different directories after the move.
The Academy V3 Use that link until the files get put back to their proper place or the links get updated.
