Seeing as there is tentative interest in the Sith guilds I wanted to broach this idea here.

Currently most members are levelling or otherwise focusing on their Republic character(s). However there is definite interest in playing Sith, it just seems most find it hard to justify levelling an alt at this point.

So my question is this: Do you feel this is just something that will come in time, that you will play a Sith character when you are ready to devote all your time to it?

Or would you be interested in guild organised 'Sith Days' wherein the officers all jump on their Sith toons and encourage other members to do so, arranging group content, getting on TS, and generally having a good (and perhaps somewhat more evil) time.

My thinking is this: Having scheduled 'Sith Days' of this sort would mean members could log onto their Sith character knowing both that 1) there will be other guild members online, and 2) that they aren't abandoning their other toon and will get back to levelling/warzones/whatever the following day.

Or does this just go too far against TOR's engrossing narrative nature for you?

If you are in favour, what days does the community feel would most suit a regular event of this nature?

I'd love to start a Sith at the same time as other members, and just all level together. Our social, loot, etc, will go up real quick, and we'd all be at the same quest level.

We do need to have some organized times to do leveling/quests/datacron hunts, etc.

Jedi do not fight for peace. That's only a slogan, and is as misleading as slogans always are. Jedi fight for civilization, because only civilization creates peace.

Yeah, I think in an ideal case we would find a group of people willing to level their Sith almost exclusively together. That way having a pool of people to socialise with, do FPs and heroics and generally experience the game with.

It's a tricky thing to organise though, that's why I'm hoping some people will see this (and the other event idea) and at least vote in the poll.

I'm interested in views from across the Academy here too in case that wasn't clear. US, EU, whichever - interested to hear what you think in regards to getting our Sith guilds off the ground.

A fixed shedule for a Sith Day is generally a good idea. It should be - along with the new website - be like an event/class where people can enroll on the website. Thus the officers leading the evening can determine what activities suit best.

Because honestly: If you do not level exclusively together with another person, you will always be some quests behind or up front. The only things left in this case are mostly the repeatable contents, which narrows the possibilities down to Heroics, Areas, Flashpoints and - if interested - PvP Warzones.

All in all I am totally in favor, but it needs to be even more sheduled and organized than the JK2/JK3 events/classes we used to hold.
