Dunno how much people here are interested in Football (that's Soccer for you American ppl btw.). I am not too fond of the sport, but an event like the World Cup is always interesting.
From what I have seen so far, my money is on Germany. After their recent performance nobody can deny their role as odds-on favorites. Will be interesting to see, they always perform great in tournaments but then something always goes wrong. Wouldn't be too surprised if they stumble in quarter- or semi-final via one or two unlucky or unforced errors.
