Does anyone have pointers on doing custom moves. Such as backflipping from a wall, then doing the red stance diving slash. It looks good to see someone doing it. I was wondering if anyone had their own tricks they like to use. |

Ah kool stuff, I gotcha. Erm, sidekicking off a wall whilst doing a yellow swing, does a kinda circular swing, looks awesome, and is actually surprisingly effective. Any angled ledge will angles towards your head, like rampas you can get underneath and stuff. Jump straight up so your head touches the angle, and you'll stick to the ramp and fly up it (the little nook/cranny in yavin CTF in red base) Do a team game on bespin exhaust with weapons. get a team mate to set detpacks on bridge, stand on em, blow em up, you'll land on the pipes at top of level. To improve your accuracy and surrounding awareness, do the backflip and spin and try to shoot a trip minem, or a spot on the wall, then do it again. When you can do a backflip whilst doing 2 complete rotations and hit the right spot, you'll know you've improved Are we talking random move stuff which is kool ? or more detailed saber stuff, where the swings actually work ? _______________ Apprenctice of Jedi Master Ascari (deceased) Descended from a line of great Jedi Will argue any point of view from any side

For added oompf, I find that running into a wall and backflipping from it, whilst rotating 180degrees and drawing the lightsabre looks very effective in a duel. |

Carve - Student

This works in any stance. Run towards your target, then just lightly tap the jump button. The moment your feet leave the ground, hit right-strafe and attack. You'll do a cool jumping spinning front-side slash thing. You have pretty good defense when you do this too, it's a good way of closing distance and it's a lot safer than just rolling forward or jumping normally. _______________ © |

Bodster, i did that!!!  WEll, what i did was on deathstar, i kicked the wall, and did a misty, then some crazy 540 backflips, etc etc etc. IT was pretty fun. Is it because he was a whiney farm boy from some backwater hack planet? No, it's because he was a FREAKING JEDI. He could block lasers with his lightsaber. He could levitate droids & rocks & crap with his mind. Come on, he choked two pig dudes with just a simple gesture. He cut off Darth Vader's hand and kicked him down a flight of stairs. I like to back flip and then spin the mouse so I do a 360 at the same time. It looks good and people often ask how i do that |

The great Instructor Luke Skywalker taught this special technique to me: First you pull out the bryar pistol, then you do a /amhandships. Now you can start moving around and it looks remarkably like an Irish dance. Not too effective in a duel though. _______________ One of the Belouve boys |

I would do, if the servers were on at a time I could work with. As opposed to 2am and 3am where I am in the majority of servers. (well the ones I want to attend) |
