i actually dont listen to music at all. i have the map sounds off, and dont play mp3s (only sometimes until JK2 is loaded)
dunno why... the duel music annoyed me, mp3s make me unconcentrated, generally i think i play better without music (although i listen to mp3s all time, even during toothbrushing )
i actually love turning my 5.1 system damn loud and listen to the constant brooming of the saber. i think the neighbours hate me for that althought it's easier to recognize a hit (screams) and for some moves like blocks

If we're talking Star Wars, I like the Imperial March (Which doesn't actually fit the Academy at all).
