I'm curious as to see what happens here, when we change over, will the jats stay jats and just learn the new game or will we all get bumped down to students no one with any privellages, and then while the jacs prepare a trial, and those of us good at the new game take the trial and take jat. we'll keep jk2 open as long as there's a demand for it, but will definitely set up a jk3 section... basically we'll set up a few of the servers for jk2, a few for jk3, and let people play what they want and analyze the demand. _______________ -Academy Leader/Dictator/Defeater of DJ Sith and JACen Solo in the JAK+ Tournament -I do think it (the JA) will help convert dozens, maybe hundreds, to the dork nation... --me |

Heh, that's quite an interesting idea. My comment on this is that beeing good in JK2 is something special. It is not enough to just *know* the moves, you have to *understand* them. Do them at the right time, see open spots in your enemy's defence and stuff like that. So, I'd say most of the guys who are good in JK2 will become good saberists in JK3 after some time aswell. Right at the beginning though, there wont be much difference. I would say we should start over with the ranks in JK3, but current JATs and JAKs should get special recognition during the search for new teachers. _______________ Aeth S'kray *June 2002 +September 2003 |

It depends really, if JK:JA turns out to be a right flop (excuse me whilst I laugh at how ludicrous a possibility that is) AH HA HA HA HA and if there is still a great demand for JKII then I can't see why it would stop being taught. Well I think its all pretty simple. If someone is a trainer for JK2 and for some reason isn't able to teach JK:JA then they'll still be a trainer for JK2. Ah huh, alrighty, we'll have to see though. Personally I don't think it would be fair to leave them there, as the sabering may not be the same, and the other students could be much better and could start teaching some things early. But that will take time. _______________ JiM |

Ah I see where you're coming from. Yarr, it isn't about owning, but jake, jats don't hold manners and nobility classes, people came here to learn how to be good at certain part of the game, that's why the ja was made, to help people get better, and that's what you see in the classes, all to do with saber or guns or ctf and what not, soo brings me back to my point, no matter how well mannered nobel, loyal these guys are, if they aren't good at the new game, then people won't be learning anything will they?
