I feel as though I should share this with the Academy. It is the CODE OF HONOR that I live my life by. It seems to work well for me and mine. Take it or leave it, but you can apply this to your life and I promise if you do, you will be a better person. 1. Code of Honor a.Commit yourself to excellence b.Honesty i. Always be truthful (partial info and/or omissions not acceptable) c.Integrity i.Be on time ii.Respect time (Academy, others and yours) iii.Make and keep agreements iv.Make and keep appointments v.Clear up broken agreements as soon as possible d.Communication i.Send message ii.Receive/acknowledge message iii.Confirm acknowledgement of message received e.Co-operation i.Between students ii.Between superiors iii.Never abandon a fellow student iv.Support others f.Priorities i.Mission (universal message, agreement to continuously improve your character) ii.Students iii.Superiors g.Willingness to serve i.I see ii.I can iii.I will h.Continuously train others i.Take responsibility for actions j.When Code of Honor is breached, everyone is responsible to “Call It” i.Code of Honor is useless if no one “Calls It” (it’s not the JAK, JAT, JAC's job to always have to “Call It”) ii.Correct behavior not person iii.Avoid the story (blame/justification) iv.Remind individual of agreement to adhere to Code of Honor v.Don’t compromise the Code of Honor Kind of Nice, (even if you think it is BS, it is now in your subconcious) Yes!!!...hehe -DM- (helping one person at a time) _______________ One Day, it will all end. |

No, it is actually a business code of honor that I make my employees adhere to. I beleive it was developed by a man named Robert Kiyosaki who is a business/financial guru.... -DM- _______________ One Day, it will all end. |
