Force power missing from JK2! | |

I think there is a force power missing from JK2. If you have seen ep5, you would have noticed Vader's force power (Yoda, Douku, Maul and Luke-not so good though- also do it). They move objects to wherever they want. There is grip though (Vader's power) in JK2, but no such thing for objects. What do you think? They should put it in JK3 (and in KOTOR if they still can) _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |

I think it was left out cause the surrounding in JK2 are just a map with health and armor, not much of any movable objects. [and cause they prolly never thought of it] But JK3 better have it...with better graphics and stuff there should be better maps and SP lvls with everythings thats not nailed to the flour be able to move. And even things that are nailed to the flour be made to be able to be riped off and thrown at someone. [Much like when Yoda faught Dookie(thats who i think he faught...?)] anyways, yea that would be cool if i could pull a large metal suport beam and drop it on someone in multiplayer, and if the realized it they could catch it. _______________ "Size matters not, for my ally is the force, and a powerful ally it is." -Yoda [O, and MacGyver is a PIMP] |

forcepull, forcepush, forcegrip are all forms of that force power the only reason they did'nt put it in ther was because it was usless and you would'nt need it in the game and becaus it would be to complicated and if they did have in ther what would it be?, force move? ![]() ![]() ![]() This comment was edited by Newtius Slasher on Jun 04 2003 01:01am. |

Technically this power is in JK2. Its just not very accurate. Its the pull and push Force powers. Pull Push and grip are pretty much all stemming from the same power of telekinesis. _______________ When you are going through Hell, keep going. -Sir Winston Churchill. Yeah! I kinda skipped the fact that the films have smth less too! But I think ep6 has Dark Rage. Isn't Luke in "Dark Rage" ![]() I think the films also miss Jedi Mind Trick. They only miss the invisibility stuff, I've seen Luke doing the Jedi Mind Trick in ep6 but as for confusion. ![]() We could really start a whole story by saying what the films and the games miss ![]() PS. Don't get me wrong on this, but I am just GOING to start playing DF2... I started out with a very tiny little bit of DF, and then right to JK2... ![]() _______________ Your friends of today, are your enemies of tomorrow. |

If you played DF2:JK, they had force throw in there. You'd target your opponent and any objects nearby would fly and hit them. I think this was too tricky to do in JKII, as collision detection with every little bit of rubbish flying around was a bit tricky ![]() Who knows, perhaps they will have it in JK:JA, would be nice if you could interact with your surroundings a bit more in multiplayer, using the force.
