If you have read between the lines you would have seen that Huxley left not for RL reasons but for reasons concerning the JA itself. Something went wrong, nobody tells us what. I guess it has to be something in the upper management. The "picture campaign" was a last way to show Huxley that the broad base of students likes him the way he is and that in their opinion his departure is a sad event.
