Hehe, I'm just wondering if anyone has any stories about playing online games while drunk, stoned.., or anything else 
(not that i'm encouraging drug use of course) I found that my performance increased after a couple of pints of lager..., and i know a coupla guys here like to have a shot of whisky or cocktails while drinking. Name your fav drink too! :p _______________ May the ping be with you |

Nah, SS, not too bad, DJ, Chosen and CT behave well when they're drunk (sorry, can't remember if I've seen others drunk, perhaps except Fizz and his magic still-drunk-hangovers  ). |

Been dry for about 2 1/2 years. I DO however enjoy Red Wine, but never enough to get drunk. Why? Had a perfectly good relationship going about 2 1/2 years ago with a friend of mine, we were great together, I was even considering proposing to her in a couple months when we went out with some friends. Stuff happened. Talked to her once the next weekend. Then she moved to Washington the next month because of her job and I haven't heard of/from her since. So yeah, like I said, I enjoy a glass or two of red wine whenever possible, but always enough to enjoy it, not enough to lose my judgement. If any of you do get slammed like that then make sure your not around people you want to offend. Or have hate you for life. Or anything. _______________ I'm crazy, not stupid. Try to stick with a single genre. Especially dont mix beer with things like wine or sweet liquor. The sugar + beer will treat you BAD. Anyhow. I love playing under the influence. I play better. I wrote 1/2 the original academy website whilst three sheets to the wind. I have fun on IRC when I'm drunk. Unless you got alcoholism in your family or anything I highly reccomend drinking. Drinking at 16 or so is cool so long as youre in a safe enviornment. For new years when my friends and I were 17 we locked ourselves in a friends graage and got "pissed". Didn't leave till 2 the next day. It was great. So yeah.. start drinking! L'Chaim! _______________ My car is made of Nerf. |

i got drunk a few nights ago.., my friends celebrating my departure... urgh.., never mix your drinks boys and girls.. i had a few beers, a few glasses of white wine, a few shots of tequila, something called a flatliner (quite nasty concoction of sambuka, tequila and tabasco), another weird cocktail, and then i decided to down two glasses of red wine.., big mistake.. .., the hangover and the nausea the next morning.., man.., i ain't doing that again... _______________ May the ping be with you |

I never played while drunk or stoned, since i never GOT drunk or stoned. I do not use any kind of drugs, although i think i drink more than average. I just dont drink with the intention to get drunk.. |

actually, being drunk(not completley obliterated) has helped me in some ways. I makes me more agressive and i have an extreme case of no fear, cause i want to crush my opponent when drunk. I played once while stoned. It was cool, I was somewhat worse then normal, but it's still OK. and VERY amusing. I never drink a lot. I came home from the local pub absolutely slaughtered one night and decided that I would attempt to waste some peeps on a public server. Alcohol REALLY does mess up your co-ordination. I suppose that the Map (ctf_ns_streets) didn't help either. It was IMPOSSIBLE for me to get the Rocket Launcher. Everytime I tried, I would misjudge the edge of the plate and walk right off. When I finally got it, I was so pleased with myself that I didn't notice just how close that guy was when I pulled the trigger. I haven't played JK2 drunk or stoned. But back in the day(Sega Genesis and PS1 days), it was a prerequisite to smoke a joint or do a bong hit b4 playing a game. I used to run a Sega Hockey League with some of my buddies and we used to go through beer and Jägermeister like it was water, and the games were much better! We stopped the Jägermeister when someone lost a game and threw the Sega across the room(sore loser!).
My fave drink is probably a Budweiser (bottle or on tap) and a few shots of Jäger or Rumplemintz. Once in a while a Screwdriver(vodka & OJ) or a Rum & Coke is nice. I don't really party so much anymore, can't handle the hangovers.

It took me ages to dig out this post again
